Quicker & Easier Access to the Collier Bankruptcy Case Update
(May 14, 2004)

Recent improvements have been added to the Collier Bankruptcy Case Update that provide quicker and easier access to complete decisions via lexis.com®.

A simple click on the case name in the red box at the end of each summary will open your browser and link you directly to the complete decision as it appears on lexis.com, providing your lexis.com login information is saved on your computer.

Links have been added as well for greater ease in navigating within each issue. Clicking on the case number on the cover or in the table of cases will link to the corresponding case summary, while clicking on the case number at the head of each summary will return you to the cover or table as appropriate. Additional links take you to lexis.com, LexisNexis company information, and the LexisNexis® Matthew Bender® Bookstore.

The Collier Bankruptcy Case Update features summaries of the most recent bankruptcy law decisions organized by Bankruptcy Code section, U.S. Code section, or Bankruptcy Rule. A "Cases in This Issue" table at the beginning of each issue lists decisions by judicial circuit. The first and third issues of each month include a Legislative Update detailing any recently introduced or enacted bankruptcy legislation.
