If you are in a pinch and need a quick or last minute change to your ID
list... with SERVICE EXPRESS, we are always available to assist you!
The SERVICE EXPRESS program is a free service for LexisNexis customers
which allows authorized persons to obtain -- or cancel -- IDs for their
firm by calling, emailing or faxing requests to LexisNexis Customer
Support. This service is available 24 hours a day - 7 days a week, and all
requests are answered within 24 hours.
If you are interested in signing up for this program or would like to
update your current authorized persons list, please contact Customer
Support at 1-800-543-6862 or contact your Account Representative to
determine if your firm is eligible. If so, an order form can be
faxed to you right away.
