Three new BNA daily reports released on www.lexis.com providing you with the very latest news of legal and industry developments in several different subjects and practice areas.
  • BNA Homeland Security Briefing provides essential details on significant federal and state actions related to security and antiterrorist policies, focusing on activities at the new Department of Homeland Security.

  • BNA Privacy Law Watch covers the latest developments concerning public and private access to personal information such as medical files, job records, and credit card transactions.

  • BNA Telecommunications Monitor reports the most significant regulatory, legislative, and judicial decisions and developments affecting the telecommunications industry.

To automatically receive updates from these new publications, or from any of the other BNA daily reports, follow these easy steps for setting up an Eclipse search on www.lexis.com.  Here's an example using the Daily Labor Report:

1.  Select the source

Secondary Legal > BNA > Labor & Employment Materials > BNA Daily Labor Report

2. Enter the search

Click on Full-text search of All Daily Labor Report articles and enter specific keywords or, to automatically receive all of the most recent articles from the report, select one of the Restrict by Date options such as Previous Week or Previous Month.

3. Save the Eclipse

Once documents from the search are displayed, simply click on the Save as ECLIPSE link at the top of the screen and select your Eclipse frequency and delivery preferences.  And that's it!  You will receive the latest information from BNA delivered directly to you  online, or via email notification.
