The Supreme Court of Indiana has approved Marion County's application requesting that State of Indiana v International Business Machines case, No. 49D101005PL021451 be subject to electronic filing and service. On February 13, 2012, Judge David Dreyer signed an order (attached below) mandating use of File & Serve for electronic filing and service in this case. All documents filed February 14th, 2012 and after are available on File & Serve. It is anticipated that historical documents filed in this case will be uploaded to File & Serve over the course of the next two months.
