The following resolved issue has been added to CaseMap version 10.0 (Build 244) released May 2, 2012:

Resolved an issue where the Send to Microsoft Word feature in CaseMap was not working properly when a Word document was already open with the CaseMap add-in for Word loaded. The send operation fails with a warning message. Disabling the CaseMap add-in allowed sending data without a problem. |
