Top Line Medical References Added To LexisNexis™
New Content Resources Aid Insurance Practitioners in Evaluation of Bodily Injury and Other Health-Related Claims
DAYTON, OH, June 03, 2002 - LexisNexis™, the global leader in legal, news and business information services, today announced the addition of several highly-regarded, specialized medical sources for the insurance practitioner. NewsRx, AM Best Company Reports, Tabers “Cyclopedic” Medical Dictionary and Webster’s Medical Dictionary have been added to LexisNexis at www.lexis.com to assist attorneys in the evaluation of insurance claims.
According to a survey published by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, the vast majority of all insurance litigation has an underlying medical or health issue.
