Computerworld Honors LexisNexis with “Best Practices in Business Intelligence” Award

Strategic Deployment of Business Intelligence Technology
DAYTON, OH, November 15, 2004 - LexisNexis U.S., a leading provider of legal, news and business information services, announced today it has been recognized by Business Intelligence Perspectives -- a new conference owned by Computerworld -- as a one of the winners of the “Best Practices in Business Intelligence” Awards Program.
The award honors organizations that have applied exemplary business intelligence solutions to provide strategic advantage to their enterprise. Applicants were judged on their organization’s ability to manage their business intelligence environment as they would an operational environment through activities such as managing systems, implementing help desk procedures and enhancing BI applications.
