DAYTON, OH, March 08, 2005 - LexisNexis U.S., a leading provider of legal, news and business information services, announced today it has entered into an exclusive relationship with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA).

NITA, a non-profit educational organization, offers the nation’s leading trial advocacy programs and materials for attorneys and law school students NITA’s faculty of over 700 professors, judges and leading law firm litigators train and mentor attorneys in trial and other advocacy skills. Over the past 33 years, NITA has trained more than 80,000 attorneys.

With this new agreement LexisNexis will become a close partner in NITA’s mission to promote the effective and fair administration of justice. The relationship includes extensive LexisNexis participation in NITA’s public and in-house programs, joint publishing and program ventures involving both NITA and LexisNexis services and products, and extensive joint marketing activities associated with both organizations’ law firm and law school programs. In addition, LexisNexis will extend valuable offers to alumni of NITA programs.
