This single, one-stop resource on the Web allows professionals responsible for searching, filing, organizing and managing pertinent corporate, UCC and motor vehicle documents to now access LexisNexis Document Solutions via ordinary desktop browser software.

The new LexisNexis Document Solutions Web portal is designed to help customers save valuable time accessing documents, sharing information and managing document portfolios by delivering to a user's desktop a "virtual" file cabinet that works in conjunction with a powerful, flexible form-building, filing and monitoring utility.  The Web site is secured via a 128 Bit Certificate from VeriSign, which ensures client to server confidentiality across the Internet.
