NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ, January 18, 2006 - LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell announced today that it has inked a new agreement with the law firm of Sands Anderson Marks & Miller to provide a range of client development products for the firm.

In addition to extending the biographical listings for Sands Anderson attorneys in the renowned Martindale-Hubbell® attorney database, the firm has purchased two online client development products: Legal Articles and Group Profiles.

Sands Anderson attorneys will now be able to publish timely legal articles they have written on the searchable Legal Articles database on
www.martindale.com. As part of this agreement, articles published by Sands Anderson’s lawyers automatically will be harvested and made accessible to corporate counsel and other buyers of legal services via the Martindale-Hubbell global legal network.

"Martindale.com is already one of the leading producers of visitors to our site, so we wanted to expand the range of information we publish in Martindale-Hubbell in order to further increase traffic from martindale.com to our Web site," said C. Thomas Ebel, president of Richmond, Va.-based Sands Anderson Marks & Miller.

The firm also will detail its industry practices on the searchable Group Profiles database at martindale.com. Martindale-Hubbell Group Profiles product provides expanded listing opportunities to showcase specific expertise by practice areas or industry groups. By investing in a Group Profile listing, the firm hopes to drive additional online traffic from martindale.com visitors seeking industry-specific legal counsel.
