DAYTON, OH, February 10, 2005 - LexisNexis U.S., a leading provider of legal, news and business information services, recognized the authors and editorial boards of its new and updated New York titles at a reception last week during the New York State Bar Association Annual Meeting.

During the reception the company presented its first LexisNexis New York Pinnacle Award to the Honorable C. Raymond Radigan, retired Surrogate of Nassau County. Judge Radigan was recognized for his continuing contributions to the New York product line. He organized the first New York editorial board for Warren’s Heaton on Surrogates’ Court, was the principal author of the new edition released in 1997 and is revision author for the current edition.
