above. Subscribers should choose the version that best meets their
needs. Subscribers to any of the LexisNexis services may download,
print, reproduce or otherwise display this logo on their library's
Web site or other advertising under the following circumstances
and conditions:
- By downloading the logo to your Web site,
you agree to be bound by this policy.
- Only schools that subscribe or have a trial
subscription to LexisNexis may display the logo. Law schools are
not permitted to subscribe to the product and therefore, may not
display it. When used on the Web, the logo must always be an active
link to the LexisNexis service at http://web.LexisNexis.com/universe
- The logo/graphic may be used within the academic
community only. No commercial use is authorized. It may be posted
to an educational institution’s Web page and/or may appear
in posters or other advertisements for the LexisNexis service.
- The logo image includes the words, LexisNexis.
You may not remove or alter any element of the logo. In addition,
the logo may not be displayed as a feature or design element of
any other logo. However other company logos may appear on the
same Web page as this logo.
- Users may reduce, enlarge or otherwise change
the size of the logo so long as the product name and registration
markers remain visible.
- The logo is available free of charge to subscribers.

- LexisNexis shall not hold liable for trademark
infringement any authorized subscriber who downloads, prints,
reproduces, or otherwise uses the attached graphic so long as
that use is in accordance with the policy and is carried out in
a responsible, honest and businesslike manner.
- Subscribers may not display the logo on any
site that disparages LexisNexis, CIS or any other Reed Elsevier
company or their products or services, infringes on any LexisNexis,
CIS or Reed Elsevier intellectual property or other right; or
violates any state, federal or international law.
- This policy shall be subject to change based
upon the review and advice of the Office of General Counsel of
