To Obtain Your Listserv Password

1. Go to the Listserv homepage: http://lists.lnacademic.com/scripts/wa.exe
2. Click on "Get a new LISTSERV password"
3. Type in the email address you are registered for and choose a password and click Submit. A link will be sent to your email address.
4. Click on the link in your email to activate your password.
5. Login at http://lists.lnacademic.com/scripts/wa.exe

Update to Digest Format

1. Login to the Listserv homepage at http://lists.lnacademic.com/scripts/wa.exe
2. Click on "Subscriber Settings" at the top-left of the page
3. Click on "Settings" next to ACADEMIC-LIST or CONGRESSIONAL
4. You can now choose Regular, Digest, or Index format or Unsubscribe from the list.

Three different subscription options are:

Regular - You receive each individual posting as they are processed by LISTSERV. With this subscription type you may receive mail throughout the day. Each posting will arrive as an individual message in your mailbox. For small lists, or less active lists, this type of subscription works well. Large busy lists can send many messages throughout the day and it may become distracting or fill up you mailbox.

Digest - You receive a large message containing many individual posts bundled together into one once a week on Saturday. Receiving the digested version of a large active list will limit the number of messages you get during the day.

Index - You receive a short index of messages once a week on Saturday. The index displays the date, author's name, e-mail address, the subject of the message, and the number of lines in the message. You can download the full text of any messages that are of interest without having to receive every message. If you have limited inbox storage, this form of subscription will cut down on the amount of space messages take. You do, however, have to be online to retrieve any messages you wish to read.

Access the List Archives

1. Login at the Listserv homepage at: http://lists.lnacademic.com/scripts/wa.exe
2. Click on "Academic-List" or "Congressional"
3. Click on the corresponding Month you are looking up
4. All the messages from that month are displayed. Click on each individual message to access its content.

Unsubscribe from the Academic-List

1. Send a blank email with a blank subject line from the email address you are subscribed to ACADEMIC-LIST-SIGNOFF-REQUEST@LISTS.LNACADEMIC.COM
2. You will get an email confirming you have been removed from the ACADEMIC-LIST list.

Unsubscribe from the Congressional List

1. Send a blank email with a blank subject line from the email address you are subscribed to CONGRESSIONAL-SIGNOFF-REQUEST@LISTS.LNACADEMIC.COM
2. You will get an email confirming you have been removed from the ACADEMIC-LIST list.
