About the Editors
ARI J. MARKENSON, J.D, M.P.H. is currently the Deputy General Counsel for Cypress Health Care Management, LLC. Mr. Markenson's legal career has been devoted to representing healthcare providers, particularly post-acute and long term care providers, on a wide range of matters. Prior to joining Cypress, he was an attorney with the National Health Care and Life Sciences Practice of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his M.P.H. from Columbia University's School of Public Health.
CARRIE KISSICK RABBITT, ESQ. is currently an attorney with Novo Nordisk Inc., a healthcare company that markets its products in 179 countries. Prior to joining Novo Nordisk, Ms. Rabbitt was an associate with the National Health Care & Life Sciences practice of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. Her practice at Novo Nordisk supports marketing, medical and other business functions and focuses on corporate transactions and legal and regulatory compliance. Ms. Rabbitt received her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law.
