2003 Press Releases Applied Discovery Increases Presence in Nation's Capital Expansion of Washington, D.C. Office to Serve Growing Client Base Feb. 18, 2003, Seattle, WA — Applied Discovery, Inc., the leading provider of electronic discovery services, today announced the expansion of its Washington office. Located at 1725 Eye Street NW, the office is staffed with sales and client service representatives who support and develop Washington-area accounts, including a rapidly growing roster of Top 100 law firms and Fortune 500 corporations. Applied Discovery's electronic discovery services enable clients to respond to discovery requests made in litigation and government investigations, including antitrust document requests made by the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission. Recent additions to the Washington office include Rob Hellewell, Esq., formerly with the Antitrust and Trade Regulation group in the Washington office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP; Michael Finley, Esq., formerly in-house counsel at Constellation Energy Group in Baltimore and previously with the Corporate and Antitrust practice groups in the Washington office of Crowell & Moring, LLP; and Stephen Faherty, Esq., formerly with the Washington office of Howrey, Simon, Arnold & White. Hellewell and Finley serve as electronic discovery specialists, managing relationships with Applied Discovery's Washington-area clients. Faherty is an account manager in the company's client solutions group, where he provides training and project management services. This team of veteran attorneys joins Jesse Grissom, director of client development for Applied Discovery's Washington office.
