2007 Applied Discovery Corporate Legal Department E-Discovery Summits Applied Discovery is proud to offer intensive full-day advanced summits on e-discovery. Our experienced faculty provides best practices training for how to effectively prepare for litigation using data mapping and litigation holds. The summit also includes sessions on the latest case law and rules updates, records information management, and document retention policies. Our valuable discussion sessions will allow participants to learn what other corporate legal departments are doing to manage the cost of e-discovery, communication between departments, and more. The program is designed for and will be limited to corporate legal departments. 2007 Summit Offerings
Participation The Corporate Counsel Summits are by invitation only to facilitate open discussions around e-discovery issues in a confidential setting. The summits offer participants the opportunity to share business experiences and professional insights, "off-the-record," in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. Participants may be eligible for up to 5 CLE credits. The course fee is $300. Registration for each class is limited to 30 attendees. To apply, please submit an electronic application.
