* Newly admitted members to the state bar of New York must have earned at least 32 hours prior to this program to be eligible.

Procedure:
Participation Requirements & Tracking: In order to receive credit in eligible states, attendees must complete at least 50 minutes of the program. User participation will be tracked by the online conferencing service provider. Participants must log-in to the online presentation using a valid name and email address. Participants using invalid contact information will not be eligible for CLE credit.

CLE Forms: At the conclusion of each program, a CLE Certificate of Attendance will be provided to registrants who completed at least 50 minutes of the program. Forms must be completed by the participant and submitted by mail within ten (10) days to the following address:
