LexisNexis® Applied Discovery® Expands Client Services to Atlanta and Minneapolis
Company also adds additional resources to Chicago and Bellevue, Wash. offices to support growing client needs in electronic discovery

March 15, 2004, Seattle, WA — LexisNexis Applied Discovery today announced the expansion of its operations in Atlanta and Minneapolis to best serve the electronic discovery needs of law firms located throughout the Midwestern and Southeastern United States.

The following legal-industry experts have joined LexisNexis Applied Discovery and will serve as Electronic Discovery Specialists for the company's clients in Atlanta and Minneapolis:

  • Matthew Zhun, formerly the legal solutions consultant and digital specialist with IKON Document Services, will manage client relationships in the Atlanta area.


  • Andrew Shimek, Esq., formerly a senior account manager for the Minneapolis and Kansas City Large Law Market at LexisNexis, will manage relationships with Minneapolis-based clients.
Applied Discovery also announced today that they have added two additional members to its offices in Chicago and Bellevue, Wash. Chris Marzetti, Esq., a former litigator in the Seattle office of Lane Powell Spears Lubersky LLP, is based in Bellevue and will work with the company's clients throughout the Northwest U.S. Jonathan Resnick, Esq., is a national sales manager based in Chicago, serving clients in the Midwestern U.S. He formerly served as a national sales manager for LexisNexis where he and his team successfully managed LexisNexis Fortune 100 clients.

"With the experience and expertise that these new team members bring with them, our clients in their respective areas are certain to benefit. These local specialists will provide the industry insight and electronic discovery expertise that is so critical in electronic discovery projects," added Vivona.
