Federal Judge Rules Debt Nondischargeable
PITSBURGH — A
Pennsylvania federal judge on Feb. 9 affirmed a bankruptcy court’s ruling that certain unsecured debt was nondischargeable and held that a creditor failed to carry his burden of proof of allegations that the debtor committed embezzlement in an underlying court action (Steven D. Ginsburg, et al. v. David J. Birenbaum, No. 06-01217, Chapter 7, W.D. Pa.; 2009 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 9347).
