11th Circuit Says Chapter 13 Conversion Proper Due To Bankruptcy Abuse

ATLANTA - A panel of the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Dec. 13 ruled that a bankruptcy court properly ordered the conversion of a couple's bankruptcy case to Chapter 13 because under the totality-of-the-circumstances test, the case demonstrated abuse under Chapter 7 (Robert Alan Witcher v.
