WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Sen. Richard Durbin, D-Ill., on Jan. 23 announced the re-introduction of legislation that would restore language in consumer bankruptcy law to allow private student loans to be dischargeable in bankruptcy like most other forms of private debt. Full story on lexis.com
