SAN FRANCISCO - A panel of the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Feb. 19 affirmed a bankruptcy court's ruling that denied a creditor the right to file a late appeal of a nondischargeability ruling, concluding that it was not permitted under the Bankruptcy Code (Amina Anwar v.
