PITTSBURGH - A borrower has failed to show that his business will suffer irreparable injury should three credit-reporting agencies not correct alleged errors to his credit score, a federal judge in Pennsylvania ruled Oct. 28 in denying the borrower's motion for temporary restraining order (Frank R. Zokaites v. Transunion Corp., et al., No. 11-981, W.D. Pa.; 2011 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 124984).
