NEW YORK - A consumer has failed to plausibly plead his Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) claims against a debt collector; as a result, a federal district court did not err in dismissing the consumer's claims and denying his motion for leave to amend as futile, a Second Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel ruled Nov. 21 (Henry Rogers v.
