NEW YORK - A federal district court did not err in dismissing lead plaintiffs' third amended class action complaint against General Electric Co. and certain of its executive officers for alleged federal securities law violations because the shareholders failed to properly plead loss causation, a Second Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel ruled Nov. 18 (GE Investors Retirement Plan, et al. v.
