WILMINGTON, Del. - Without providing any reasons for his decision, a Delaware Chancery Court chancellor on Nov. 8 issued an order dismissing with prejudice a shareholder class action lawsuit regarding a proposed merger deal between Cephalon Inc. and Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc.
