Judge Enters Judgment In Madoff-Related Suit So Trustee Can Expedite Appeal

NEW YORK - A federal judge in New York on Nov. 30 granted a motion for entry of judgment filed by the liquidation trustee of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC (BLMIS) in order for the trustee to expedite his appeal of the judge's Nov. 1 ruling dismissing his common-law claims against JPMorgan Chase & Co. and others (Irving H.
