CENTRAL ISLIP, NY - In an unpublished opinion, a federal judge in New York on Dec. 13 dismissed some of the lead plaintiff's claims in a mortgage-backed securities class action against J.P. Morgan because the plaintiff did not have standing to make the claims on certificates it did not buy (Plumbers' and Pipefitters' Local #562 Supplemental Plan and Trust, et al. v. J.P. Morgan Corp.
