3rd Circuit Reinstates $295M Settlement In De Beers Price-Fixing Class Action

PHILADELPHIA - A divided en banc Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Dec. 20 reinstated a $295 million settlement of a class action lawsuit that alleged that De Beers companies fixed prices in the wholesale market for gem-quality diamonds (Shawn Sullivan, et al. v.
