BALTIMORE - A potential competitor pleaded antitrust injury related to long-term, sole-source contracts sufficient to defeat a motion to dismiss by showing genuine intent and preparedness to enter the relevant market, a federal judge in Maryland ruled Dec. 13 (BNLfood Investments Limited Sarl v.
