High Court Won't Review Denial Of Injunction Enjoining Airline Merger

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Supreme Court on Dec. 12 declined to review the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals' ruling affirming the denial of a motion for a preliminary injunction against consummation of the merger of United Airlines and Continental Airlines (Michael Malaney v.
