WILMINGTON, Del. - An investor has properly shown that he is entitled to the inspection of certain books and records of a Chinese-based company, and a stay of the demand proceedings is not proper, a Delaware Chancery Court vice chancellor ruled Jan. 5 (Marc Paul v.
