Judge Certifies Class In Medtronic Securities Class Action Lawsuit

MINNEAPOLIS - A federal judge in Minnesota on Dec. 12 certified a class of shareholders in a securities class action lawsuit against Medtronic Inc. and others, ruling that the shareholders have met their burden of establishing whether class certification is proper (Minneapolis Firefighters Relief Association, et al. v.
