Public Retirement Systems Named Lead Plaintiff In Securities Class Action Suit

SAN JOSE, Calif. - A federal judge in California on Jan. 9 named two public retirement systems as lead plaintiff in a securities class action lawsuit against Juniper Networks Inc. and three of its executive officers for alleged federal securities law violations, ruling that the retirement systems have met all statutory guidelines required to serve as lead plaintiff (City of Royal Oak Retirement System v.
