D.C. Circuit Dismisses Antitrust Class Action Over Nontransferable Plane Ticket

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia lacks jurisdiction over a purported class action challenging United Air Lines Inc.'s prohibition on ticket resale or transfer, the District of Columbia Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Jan. 17 in remanding to the District Court with directions that the complaint be dismissed (Richard Dominguez v.
