Microsoft Files Motion For Judgment In Novell's Antitrust Suit

SALT LAKE CITY - Microsoft Corp. on Jan. 13 filed a renewed motion for judgment as a matter of law in Novell Inc.'s antitrust case alleging that Microsoft unlawfully used its dominant position in the personal computer (PC) operating systems market to monopolize other software markets, including word processing and other office productivity applications (Novell, Inc. v.
