Chapter 11 case, a bankruptcy judge in New York approved a stipulation reserving billions of claims asserted by Fannie Mae, and in a related adversary proceeding, he denied Lehman Brothers' motion for preliminary injunction, specific performance and declaratory relief which would have stopped the sale of part of an apartment company co-owned by Lehman Brothers to its chief competitor.
