PHOENIX - Consumers may not seek damages for commercial losses sustained in a Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) lawsuit against a credit card issuer because the FCRA does not allow for such recovery, a federal judge in Arizona ruled Jan. 20 (Don Wisdom, et al. v.
