OMAHA, Neb. - A federal judge in Nebraska on Dec. 29 denied a Ponzi scheme victim's claim to a constructive trust in receivership funds, finding that she did not meet her burden of showing that the rules of equity and good conscience weigh in favor of the implementation of the trust (Securities and Exchange Commission v.
