NEW YORK - The Securities and Exchange Commission on Dec. 16 charged six former Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac executive officers with violations of federal securities laws in connection with their alleged misrepresentation of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac's exposure to subprime mortgage loans (Securities and Exchange Commission v.
