WASHINGTON, D.C. - In an unpublished opinion, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Dec. 15 ordered the U.S. government to pay back $276 million to a class of Meritor Savings Bank shareholders in a case in which the government was alleged to have breached an agreement with Meritor when it acquired Western Savings Fund Society (Frank P.
