INDIANAPOLIS - The Indiana Court of Appeals on Dec. 30 affirmed a trial court's ruling granting a bank immediate possession of real estate in which the appellant has a leasehold interest, finding that the trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying her motion to correct error (Judy Ellis v.
