DENVER - A federal judge in Colorado on Jan. 20 issued an opinion and order nunc pro tunc making two corrections to a 2011 ruling that although lead plaintiffs in a multidistrict litigation have failed to plead their claim under Section 13(a) of the Investment Company Act, they have properly pleaded all other federal securities law claims (In re Oppenheimer Rochester Funds Group Securities Litigation, MDL No. 2063, D.
