GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Plaintiffs in a lawsuit against a bank and its subsidiary have failed to state a claim for violation of their constitutional right to due process, a federal judge in Michigan ruled Jan. 10 in dismissing the plaintiffs' complaint (ESCO Group, Inc. v.
