Judge: Investors Failed To Plead Any Actionable Misrepresentations

COVINGTON, Ky. - Shareholders in a securities class action lawsuit against a pharmaceutical care provider and certain of its officers and directors have failed to plead any material misrepresentations in making their federal securities law claims, a federal judge in Kentucky ruled Feb. 13 (Indiana State District Council of Laborers, et al. v.
