High Court Review Of 7th Circuit's Interpretation Of FTAIA Sought

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Producers of potash on Nov. 23 filed a petition seeking U.S. Supreme Court review of the en banc Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeal ruling that the Foreign Trade Antitrust Improvements Act (FTAIA) does not bar claims under the Sherman Act that the producers' exports from Canada to overseas purchasers had a spillover effect on pricing in the United States (Agrium Incorporated, et al. v.
