Investors of Argentinian oil and gas company YPF SA on Tuesday filed a proposed class action in New York federal court accusing the company and its underwriters — including banking giants Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. — of failing to warn investors of YPF's looming nationalization ahead of a $1 billion securities offering in 2011. Read More...
