SEC Stop Order Proceedings Dismissed

Sahas Technologies LLC, Securities Act Rel. 9189, February 17, 2011

One day after the SEC instituted stop order proceedings against Sahas for filing a deficient registration statement the company filed to withdraw its registration. Such withdrawals are automatically effective unless the Commission denies the application within fifteen days. The Division's motion to dismiss the proceedings was granted.

One can only wonder why any time, effort, and money was spent on something so utterly trivial.
