Claire Huaying Ye Elected to Board of Greater Cincinnati Chinese Chamber of Commerce
CINCINNATI – (AP) Claire Huaying Ye, a lawyer with Thompson Hine LLP, has been elected Board First Vice-Chairman of the Greater Cincinnati Chinese Chamber of Commerce (GCCCC). The GCCCC is an independent, nonpartisan and nonprofit organization committed to helping Chinese-American businesses and promoting U.S.-China trade and cooperation in an effort to boost local economic development.
Ye is a member of Thompson Hine’s Corporate Transactions & Securities practice group. She focuses her practice on international and domestic corporate and trade matters, securities laws and corporate governance. Ye has experience with joint venture matters, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements and formation of various business entities.
Ye received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, her LL.M. from Case Western Reserve University and her LL.B. from East China University of Politics and Law.
