Grais to Chair Mealey's Subprime-Backed Securities Litigation Conference

David J. Grais, partner at Grais & Ellsworth LLP in New York City, is chairperson for the upcoming Mealey's Subprime-Backed Securities Litigation Conference hosted at the Harvard Club in New York City on March 6th. 

In addition to chairing the conference, Mr. Grais will be speaking to prospects for litigation by investors in CDOs and other subprime-backed securities while addressing such issues as whether there will be litigation and whether government initiatives will forestall litigation.
